Equity and Inclusion - HMS

Our aim is to foster the Highland Middle School environment so that students feel that they belong, value multiple points of view, & respect each other's differences.

During the 2020-2021 school year, a group of HMS Staff members began the important work of focusing on equity and inclusion at HMS. The committee's work will be ongoing. Our initial areas of focus include: Teacher Resources, The Highland Community, Policy & Practice, and Professional Development.
